facilities at DuPont, he has one of the largest categories within
the indirect team. An enthusiastic champion for supplier
diversity,he frequently collaborates with cross-functionally
across the organization to assist them in reaching their
diversity goals.
2 Christine Lukasik
Global Category Manager and Senior Buyer for Temporary
Labor/Staff Augmentation, Talent Management/Recruitment
and Integrated Health Services
Chris Lukasik stands out for her dedicated work with one
of DuPont’s largest Tier I diverse suppliers. She conducts
quarterly business reviews that include reporting diversity
metrics and how to continually expand to include Tier II
agency suppliers. Lukasik has achieved the largest and
growing diverse spend of any category in global procurement.
She is well-positioned to exceed her diverse spend in 2021
significantly and is also instrumental in increasing the Tier II
program through her work with Tier I suppliers.
3 Leslie Muir
North America Logistics Manager
Leslie Muir has spent nearly 30 years with DuPont in a variety
of roles within the organization. She is currently the global
logistics leader for North America, was a founding member of
the DuPont Supplier Diversity Advisory Council in 2014 and has
been engaged and supportive of the program ever since. Muir
is an enthusiastic advocate for small, diverse suppliers within
the DuPont Global Procurement team.
4 Justin Rodden
Senior Buyer, Construction and Maintenance Category Buyer
Justin Rodden is responsible for several indirect supplier
relationships within the construction and maintenance
category.He has primary responsibility for contracts for work
associated with keeping the sites maintained, along with
operating and managing supplier relationships. Over the past
two years, Rodden has worked closely with the procurement
leadership team to develop and implement a strategy to
increase the inclusion of minority-owned firms in all his
competitive events. His commitment to supplier diversity has
been instrumental to the continued success of the program
at DuPont.

5 Stephanie Stewart
Category Manger, Professional Services
At Eaton, we aspire to be a model of inclusion and diversity
in our industry — known for the way we are intentionally
inclusive and welcome everyone to the table. Stephanie
Stewart is a perfect example of how this is translated into our
culture and into doing business right. She is always willing
to engage in matchmakers, support supplier reviews and
facilitate introductions. Over the last year, she closed multiple
key partnerships, directly contributing to the success of
Eaton’s supplier diversity performance.

6 Claire (Yun-Wen) Aho
Rear Control Arm Buyer
Claire Aho advocates for diverse businesses both internally
and externally in several facets. As a Ford underbody buyer,
she led several forums educating her team on the importance
of supplier diversity.She also served as the underbody
purchasing supplier diversity business manager, where she
facilitated several diverse supplier meetings and obtained
$130 million in diverse spend for Ford. Additionally,as an
exceptional stakeholder in supplier diversity,she created a
commodity analysis tool that supports the managers’ vision
and strategy in diverse spend, which is now serving as a
benchmark across teams.
7 Muriel L. Burrell
Experiential Marketing Buyer
Muriel Burrell advocates for supplier diversity in both her
indirect buyer role and supplier diversity business manager
role. She has collaborated closely with the Women’s Business
Enterprise National Council certification committee to assist a
major Tier 1 supplier with obtaining WBE certification. She has
developed a strategy to identify diverse opportunity across
all indirect commodities within sales and marketing to meet
Ford’s diverse spend targets. Additionally,she has actively
participated in several diversity matchmaking conferences to
help grow and develop a diverse supply base at Ford.
8 Jason Oldani
Interior Purchasing, Cross Car Beam Buyer
Jason Oldani continues to aim high to achieve growth in
the supplier diversity space, leveraging his buying role
to encourage both Tier I and Tier II suppliers to increase
diverse spend across their operations. As the interior
purchasing supplier diversity business manager, he
continues to encourage additional buyers in the interior
project management team to review the diversity-supplier
guidelines to evaluate current suppliers that can be accredited
under Ford-approved certifications. He truly embraces the
importance of supplier diversity and continues to excel.
